Fair Processing Notice

Schools, Local Authorities and other educational bodies that process data about pupils are required by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to issue a Privacy Notice to parents to inform them of the purposes for which their personal data may be held and used.
