Celebrating Our 2026 Results
We are incredibly proud to share our 2026 Key Stage 2, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Year 1 Phonics Screening results. These achievements reflect the hard work, determination and enthusiasm of our children, alongside the dedication of our staff and the invaluable support of our families.
At Orleans Primary, our children continue to achieve excellent outcomes, performing above both national and Richmond averages in almost every measure. We are particularly proud of our achievements in reading and maths, where 92% of our children reached the expected standard in reading and 93% in maths. Even more impressively, 55% achieved the higher standard in reading and 48% in maths, demonstrating the ambition, confidence and love of learning that we strive to nurture in every child.
Our results in grammar, punctuation and spelling are equally encouraging, with 93% of pupils reaching the expected standard and 52% achieving the higher standard. We are also delighted that 91% of our youngest children achieved a Good Level of Development at the end of Reception, reflecting the strong foundations for learning, curiosity and independence that our Early Years team works so hard to establish.
In Year 1, 92% of our children met the expected standard in the Phonics Screening Check, a testament to their growing confidence as readers and the consistent support they receive from our staff.
Behind every percentage is a child who has worked hard, grown in confidence and taken another step on their learning journey. We are immensely proud of all our children and the progress they have made. These results reflect not only academic success, but also the care, encouragement and rich, balanced education at the heart of Orleans Primary.
Thank you to our wonderful staff and families for working in partnership with us and most importantly, to our children, whose effort, resilience and enthusiasm make our school such a special place to learn and grow. We are proud of what our children have achieved this year and look forward to all that they will accomplish next.
