YEAR 4 TRIP TO LONDON ZOO

This week, Year 4 visited London Zoo as part of our Science topic ‘Living Things and their Habitats’. It was our first school trip using the train and the underground, so it was especially exciting. At school, we have begun learning how to classify animals into different groups and it was amazing to see so many animals from the groups we have been learning about. We also had a workshop with Duncan from ZSL, which focused on endangered animals and the threats that they face. We even got to see and touch examples of animal products from the police that have been made illegally. It was such a fun day! Many thanks to all of the parent helpers that supported us on the trip.
