Space Chase Summer Reading Challenge

Richmond Libraries Space Chase Summer Reading Challenge 2019 encouraged children to read six library books during the summer holidays

The London Borough of Richmond Libraries and Communities Team held a reading challenge encouraging children aged four to eleven to try to read six library books during the summer holidays to inspire them to read for pleasure and to maintain literacy levels over the summer.

4,131 children came to libraries in Richmond Borough to sign up for Space Chase and an astounding 3,299 children are congratulated for managing to read six books.

Listed below are the names of all our pupils who received a medal and a certificate (any children who completed Space Chase in another local borough will receive their certificate from that borough).
